SHIPPING
For customers residing within the United States, shipping is estimated to be completed within 3–7 business days.
For international orders, the shipping duration can vary significantly, ranging from a few days to several weeks depending on your location.
Please note that any issues or complications arising during the shipping process are not within our control, as all shipping operations are handled by the designated carrier company.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation requests cannot be accepted once the product has been shipped or delivered.
However, if your order is still within the pre-order phase and has not yet been shipped, cancellations may be accommodated by emailing support@cranium.club.
REFUNDS / RETURNS
At CRANIUM, we place the highest importance on ensuring every customer feels secure in their purchase and confident in the process. Our return and refund policy is transparent and detailed, so you understand how returns are handled, what to expect during processing, and how our delivery guarantees are upheld.
We encourage every customer to read through this policy carefully before beginning a return request, as the conditions outlined here are essential to keeping our system fair and consistent for everyone.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products, due to their unique nature or production process, cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance. This includes: final sale items, subscription products, phone cases, stickers, rings, socks, wristbands, string bracelets, keychains, mystery items, and limited-edition pieces. By purchasing these items, you acknowledge and agree that the sale is final.
Return Eligibility
If you encounter an issue with your order, we will review a return request provided the item is unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition.
Requests must be initiated within seven (7) calendar days of delivery as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking information.
To begin the process, email support@cranium.club and include:
- Your original packing slip or order confirmation email
- Clear photos of the item, its packaging, and the shipping label
These steps help us verify authenticity and condition before entering inspection.
Inspection & Refunds
Once your return is received, it will undergo inspection to confirm eligibility. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, but every item is reviewed carefully for fairness.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note it may take 10–15 business days for funds to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Refunds are not issued as store credit, and exchanges are reserved only for defective or damaged items (subject to availability).
Delivery Guarantee
Because many of our products are offered as limited drops or pre-orders, please allow up to 180 days (six months) for delivery. While most orders arrive much sooner, this timeframe ensures transparency and fairness.
If your order has not arrived within 180 days, you are entitled to a full refund to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, for U.S. domestic orders where an incorrect size was ordered and the item qualifies for return, CRANIUM will provide a prepaid return label once the return request is approved.
We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart carefully before purchasing, as many of our pieces feature custom fits and limited production runs. If you’re unsure about sizing, contact us before ordering — we’re happy to help ensure you select the right fit.
Please note that we cannot guarantee receipt of items that do not arrive at our facility; when returning on your own, use a trackable shipping service and consider shipping insurance.
International customers are also responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees associated with their return.
