PRE-ORDER

  • In instances where the term "pre-order" is incorporated into the product's nomenclature, it denotes that said product is, in fact, designated as a pre-order item.
  • Conversely, should the product designation lack this specific terminology, it signifies that the product is readily available for immediate shipment.

 

HOW DOES PRE-ORDERS WORK?

  • The standard shipping timeline for all pre-order items is set at 4-6 weeks, unless otherwise explicitly specified.
  • Upon the release of pre-order products, a time frame of 4-6 weeks will be required for the inventory to complete its transit to our warehousing facilities.
  • Upon the successful arrival of inventory at our warehouse, all customer orders will be processed and dispatched in accordance with the aforementioned shipping schedule.

 

SHIPPING

  • For customers residing within the United States, shipping is estimated to be completed within a window of 3-7 business days.
  • In the case of international orders, the shipping duration can vary significantly, ranging from a few days to several weeks, contingent upon the recipient's geographical location.
  • It is important to note that any issues or complications arising during the shipping process are not within our purview, as all shipping operations are entrusted to the responsibility of the designated shipping carrier company.

  

CANCELLATIONS

  • Cancellation requests shall not be permitted once the product has been shipped or delivered to the customer.
  • However, in cases where the order remains within the pre-order phase and the product has not yet undergone the shipping process, cancellations are indeed permissible and will be accommodated accordingly by emailing us at support@cranium.club.

 

EXCHANGES

  • During the pre-order phase, if a customer expresses the desire to modify their chosen size, our team will make every reasonable effort to accommodate the customer's request.
  • However, it is important to note that this effort does not guarantee a successful size exchange.
  • Upon the product's delivery to the customer, the possibility of an exchange is contingent upon the availability of the desired size within our inventory.
  • Whether an exchange is feasible or not will be determined by the product's inventory status at that specific juncture and cannot be assured in advance.

 

REFUNDS/RETURNS

  • Refunds or returns are exclusively permissible under specific conditions, which include instances where the product exhibits damage, signs of prior use, deviation from the condition as originally advertised, or if an incorrect product or size has been received.

ACCEPTED REFUNDS

  • Upon receiving and meticulously inspecting your return, we shall promptly notify you regarding the approval status of your refund request.
  • In the event of approval, the refund will be processed automatically through the original payment method within a span of 10 business days.
  • It is important to bear in mind that the actual posting of the refund to your bank or credit card account may entail a certain processing time.
